My Qualifications

• I am a member in good standing of the National Associationof Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).
• I have passed NCHI's Online Inspector examination.
• I have completed NACHI's Code of Ethics obstacle course and abide by it.
• I have passed NACHI's Standards of Practice test and follow them.
• I fulfill at least 24 hours of continuing education every year.
• I have completed training in Home Inspection from Inspection Training Associates (ITA), a fully accredited and certified national training institute. ITA is the only classroom course endorsed by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
• I am available Saturdays.
• I generate easy-to-read inspection reports.
• I am the right inspector for you.
